MTV MUAH by Blue Heaven Nail Enamels: Review and NOTD

Hello Beautiful Ladies,

Today I will be writing about a set of nail polishes that I ordered online few days back. The polishes that I am talking about are from the brand Blue Heaven. Yes! It’s not a very famous brand and I knew about this brand only as something that I used to buy in my childhood from my local stores. But now the brand is called MTV MUAH by Blue Heaven and now it is sold online.

Product Description:

Add shine to your nails with this multicoloured combo of ‘NP-25, NP-30, NP-28’ nail enamels for women from MTV MUAH by Blue Heaven. These nail enamels will give the desired finish and colour in just one application and are worth owning.

My take on the product:

These nail polishes come in a little transparent cylindrical shaped glass bottle with a black colored cap. The cap as usual is twist open type and is connected to a brush applicator. The cap is easy to open and tight enough to make it safe for travelling. The brush given with the polish is wider than most of the other polishes available in the market and hence is pretty useful for easy application. The brush is wide enough to cover the entire nail in just one stroke.

All the three colors are bright neon colors that are perfect for summer time. The colors have a short drying time and take just few seconds to dry completely. A single coat of the color is fine to make the nail opaque but a second coat does wonders as far as the opacity is concerned. Another thing that is surprising about these polishes is that unlike many other polishes, these polishes dry matte. Matte nail polishes are difficult to find and they do come pricy, but these are an amazing option to opt if you are looking for a bright colored matte polish.

NP-28

Shade No. NP-28 is a bright fluorescent yellow which looks beautiful in the bottle and seems difficult to carry, but when applied on the nails, it loses its shine and becomes matte. The matte effect of the color makes it more wearable. Yes it is a bold color to flaunt but it looks beautiful when used in some fingers rather than complete hand.

NP-25

Shade No. NP-25 is a bright orange colored polish. The color seems to be much brighter in the bottle than on the hands. It is a completely wearable orange that can  make your hands look instantly brighter.

NP-30

NP-30 is again a bright color, but this is the most wearable one. it is a bright pink colored polish which like other polishes dry matte. The color seems to be a bright pink in the bottle but come out to be more of a red toned pink on the hands. I loved this color. this is something that can be worn everyday without being too bold.

Pros:

• Affordable
• Bright neon colors perfect for summers
• Wider brush for easy application
• Dries out matte, which does not happen with many polishes
• Works well even in a single application
• Dries pretty fast
• Does not leave any stoke marks

Cons:

• No names or list of ingredients mentioned on the bottle
• Leave nail polish smell on the nails even after hours of application

Would I buy this product again?

No! I already have 3 of them and so I might not buy them again, until, I get urge to try some more matte colors.

Do I recommend this?

Yes! These polishes are nice especially if you are looking for a matte affordable option.
