Multi-masking or multiple masking is a process where you apply 2 or more different types of masks on different parts of your face according to the different requirements. In Today’s blog post I would be talking about the significance of Multi-masking using mCaffeine Face Masks. The brand offers two variants of their face masks, mCaffeine Naked & Raw Coffee Face Mask for Oily/Normal Skin and mCaffeine Naked & Rich Choco Face Mask for Dry Skin.
You can certainly use both the types of masks separately, but have you ever thought that these two different variants can work together in conjunction with each other to give better results?
I have combination skin, with my T-zone being super oily and the rest of my face being dry. Earlier I used to use a single kind of face mask for my full face and sometimes I liked the result but most of the time the result was not fully satisfactory. Then I came to know about the concept of Multi-masking. My T-Zone being oily requires a product that can absorb the excess oil whereas the rest of my face requires moisture. One single mask cannot work for both the requirements and this is where the multi-masking comes into play.
Now, before getting into detail about the actual masking process, let’s talk about the price and details about the brand first.

List Of Ingredients:
Packaging of mCaffeine Face Masks:
mCaffeine face masks come in a round glass tub with labels pasted around the tub. The label contains all the information about the product including the expiry date. It is a good looking tub with a silver-colored screw-on lid. The tub is made of glass and hence might not be the best option to travel with, but as the lid is sturdy and even the tub is made of thick glass, it can be used to travel with.
The outer packaging of the product is a square-shaped cardboard box which again contains the information about the product. The packaging also has a wooden spatula with the product which is used to apply the mask onto your face.
My Multi-Masking Experience with mCaffeine Face Masks:
mCaffeine’s Naked & Raw Coffee Face Mask contains ingredients which are designed for deep pore cleansing and this is the reason that this works amazingly for Oily skin. Now, as I have already mentioned my T-zone is oily and acne prone and it needs a product that can suck out the impurities from my large pores. This mCaffeine Coffee Face masks works best for this section of my face.
The container of both the variants is almost identical looking, but as this is the coffee variant, the product is brown toned grey in color. The spatula given with the product makes it easy to apply the product. Consistency of the mask is thick and it has a mousse texture which makes it super easy to spread the product on the face. The consistency also makes it easier to apply a even thick layer of the product on the face.
The mask takes about 15-20 minutes to dry which is the recommended time for the use of the product, After 20 min the mask can be washed off easily with water. I personally like to use cold water to remove my face mask. As with some other masks available in the market, this particular one does not dry completely making the face still feel moist and mousse. The Argan Oil and Vitamin E present in the ingredients make the skin feel super soft after the removal of the product.
Now, as this is a face mask for oily/normal skin, I expected it to dry my T-Zone, but surprisingly, it did not make my skin dry. My skin felt refreshed and super clean! Kaolin and bentonite clay along with coffee as ingredients helps to remove excess oil and hence works perfectly with my oily T-zone.
Simultaneously along with the Coffee Face Mask, I also used the mCaffeine Naked & Rich Choco Face Mask meant for Dry Skin, all over my face. As the product contains Cocoa Butter it smells like Chocolate truffle cake. I loved the fragrance of the product, it is super strong. This might not be liked by ladies who are not into chocolates but for me, it was certainly a brownie point.
The mousse texture, drying time, and the application procedure of both the masks is the same, but the color and the fragrance differ due to the different ingredients used. The product contains Seaweed & Aloe, which helps to moisturize and hydrate skin.
Overall I would say that I am glad that I tried both of these products, together. None of the variants irritated my skin and both of them gave amazing results in their respective areas. After the removal of the mask, I felt so soft that I did not feel like applying any sort of moisturization. I personally loved the coffee fragrance and the way the products made my skin feel after removing the mask. Both these face masks are amazing products and they have a reasonable price point too.

Cons of Naked and Raw Coffee Face Mask:
The only con I can think about is the fact that for multi-masking you need more than one product which might not be affordable for everyone (thankfully this is not the case with mCaffeine Face Masks).
Talking about the masks from mCaffeine, the aroma of the cocoa variant is super strong, which might not be liked by everyone.
