After reviewing heat wave from essence cosmetics, Today I’ll be reviewing another shade belonging to the same family of ombre blushes from essence. The shade that I have today is called Pinky Flow and unlike Heat wave, this one is all pink. Pinky Flow starts with a shade of bright pink and fades itself into a soft everyday pink.

My take on the product:
Packaging: These ombre blushes from essence comes in a transparent square shaped container which is quite sturdy for traveling. The container closes with a click sound which confirms that the actual product is safe to be carried inside a bag. The transparent container makes it a decorative piece for the dresser.
Color: As mentioned earlier, Pinky Flow is an ombre blush containing different shades of Pink fading from a bright pink to a softer one. All the shades of the ombre contain micro shimmer particles which are visible in the pan but are not so obvious on the cheek. The colors in the pan being ombre, does not have a partition making it difficult to use the colors individually. To get a nice pinky glow to the cheeks, I personally like to swirl my brush all the colors of the pan.
Pigmentation: The pigmentation of the blush is decent. It is not over the top to make you look like a clown but swirling brush in the pan tends to pick up excess product which must be tapped off before application.
Staying Power: When all the colors mixed together, the blush stays for 3-4 hours. The staying power of the brighter pink is little more than that of the lightest pink.
Will I buy Essence Blush Up Powder Blush Pinky Flow again:
I have both the colors from the range and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to finish them to buy a new one. But once they get expired I might think of repurchasing pinky flow.
Do I recommend Essence Blush Up Powder Blush Pinky Flow:
Yes! If you are a fan of pink blush, then this is a must have for you. The best part is its affordability.
