Colourpop is a well-known brand in the beauty industry. It is famous for its good quality and affordable prices. Unfortunately, it is not easily available in India, though it can be ordered from their official website and from some Instagram stores. I personally like to order my colourpop products from their official website. This way I am at least sure of the fact the products I am using are authentic. I have even done a website review of colourpop on my blog.
Today I will be sharing my experience with ‘Colourpop Lippie Stix Gold Digger’. It is one of the 10 Lippie Stix I own from the brand.
Price: $6 for 1.0g (0.035oz) of product (BUY HERE).
It is a very affordable product. Though it might cost a little pricey in India as you might have to pay for the custom charges if you order from the official website. The Instagram sellers also add the customs they have to pay while deciding the prices of such products, hence this might seem to be just around Rs 420, but might cost slightly more than this amount.

The lippie stix from colourpop are packed very minimally. All the shades come in all white tube with a white click on lid. The packaging is completely white but shades can be differentiated from each other as the base of each tube is colored with the shade name written on them. The color of the base is almost same as the color of the actual product and this might help in differentiating the desired shade from a bunch of lippie stix. These white tubes are further packed in white cardboard box with a similar colored section on the top of the box.
The product comes in a retractable form which saves it from hassle of sharpening after every use.
My Experience with Colourpop Lippie Stix Gold Digger:
The shade Gold Digger is described as a warm rosy color by the brand. It is a beautiful everyday color which goes with the majority of Indian as well as Western outfits. The smooth texture and the shape of the product make it really easy to apply the color perfectly and in one swipe. The formula is so pigmented that just one swipe actually gives full opaque color to the lips.
The formula is non drying and feels really light on the lips. The staying power of the lippie stix is amazing too. The color easily stays for 7-8 hours including a full meal and a couple of coffee in between. But as the formula is not completely transferred proof, the color starts to fade slightly every time you consume something. This is not a liquid lipstick and hence I did not expect it to stay this longer, so I personally do not mind slight fading of the color.
Before even buying, I was almost sure that I would like the product. But after actually trying I am glad that I bought a bunch of these. Everything about these lippie stixs is amazing. They are affordable, they do not dry lips and the best part is they stay on lips for much more time than I expected. I have a lot of these lippie stixs, but if I’ll get a chance I would love to add many more shades to my collection.
