Makeup Geek Eyeshadow collection and website review!
Makeup Geek is a well-known brand in the beauty community but it is not easily available in India. After watching numerous reviews about makeup geek eyeshadows on you tube, I really wanted to try them, especially their foiled eyeshadows but I was not sure how to order them. I wasn’t even aware that Makeup Geek ships to India. But after checking their official website, one thing was sure, I was ordering some of the eyeshadows.
Makeup Geek eyeshadow pans are sold for $6 whereas their foiled eyeshadow pans cost $10 (I paid $9.99). They do not have a free international shipping policy and to get their products shipped to India you need to pay an extra $11.99 (which is almost equal to 2 Makeup Geek eyeshadow pans). No extra taxes or import duties were applied on my order.
I ordered 6 of their normal eyeshadow pans, 3 foiled eyeshadow pans and a small hot pink coloured Z palette (I needed a palette to store my eyeshadow pans)
I ordered the products a month before the holiday season last year due to which I expected late delivery time, but to my surprise, my products were delivered to me within 15 working days.
Makeup Geek has numerous shades to choose from and it was really difficult for me to select just 9, but as it was my first time ordering from them I didn’t want to order too many products, so after some research, I selected my 9 colours.
As I was ordering just 9 shadows, I ordered a small hot pink coloured z palette. The palette perfectly fits 9 eyeshadow pans. The palette also comes with some magnets, which are actually not required with Makeup Geek shadow pans, as these tend to stick to the palette by themselves.

It has been some couple of months since I am using these shadows and I am loving them. I am already planning to get some more of their products and some more shadows too. Detailed review and eye look using these shadows would be soon up on the blog.
Have you tried Makeup Geek eyeshadows? How was your experience and what all shades would you suggest me to buy?
Would love to read your comments!
