My experience with Pond’s Gold Radiance Precious Youth Serum:
Pond’s gold radiance comes in a gorgeous packaging! The tiny glass container is very elegant looking, a dropper is attached to the cap for dispensing the serum. The rose-gold rim in the cap makes it look royal! As the glass container is see through, one can easily see the serum from outside and tiny micro gold particles suspended in the serum are a real treat to the eye. This further comes in a golden paper box. The packaging is no doubt travel-friendly as there is no such chance of spillage. Though the container is made of glass, it is not that heavy.
I must say that maybe the packaging is the most lucrative part of this serum, the texture of this serum is like heavy gel and it feels sticky when you apply it on your skin. Do you believe those golden particles are real gold? But sorry, I don’t think so! Rather let me call them golden particles. As this is thick, a pump dispenser would be more effective to dispense this serum. The golden particles don’t get absorbed by the skin and remain on the surface of the skin. People will think you have applied some mica dust on your face!
The smell is like pond’s talc! It doesn’t make my skin glowing, rather it makes my skin dull. I think I have wasted 1000 bucks! I don’t really have wrinkles so can’t comment on this. This makes me sweat like pig as it feels sticky on my skin. I have tried to use it on my hand but the stickiness is an integral part of this serum.
Pros of Pond’s Gold Radiance Precious Youth Serum:
- Royal looking packaging
- Travel friendly
Cons of Pond’s Gold Radiance Precious Youth Serum:
- Sticky on application
- Golden shimmers remain on the face
- Makes my skin duller
- Didn’t give any glow to my face
I will never buy it again and I must say that this one is totally a fancy product. But if you expect some good results from it, better try other serums!
