After reviewing the shade Raspberry Love from Blue Heaven Non-Transfer Lip Color range, today I’ll be sharing my thoughts about another shade from the collection. The product I’ll be reviewing today is ‘Blue Heaven Non Transfer Lip Color Scarlet Red’. The collection has 6 colors, out of which Scarlet Red (01), Raspberry Love (03) and Brick Red (04) are the shades of red. They do slightly differ but Scarlet Red and Brick Red look pretty similar on lips.

A Women Just needs a dash of makeup to complete her look for a special occasion. Understanding the same we got Blue Heaven Non-Transfer Lip Color, Which stays on for longer. It is easy to apply and gives a glamorous touch to your look. It is a must-have in your makeup kit.
- Gives an extremely smooth matte finish.
- Gives an intense color that stays for long.
- It is available in 6 beautiful vibrant shades.
Like all the other 5 shades this one too comes in a bullet looking packaging which actually is completely fake. The bullet seen in the packaging is made of plastic and the actual lip color has an applicator attached to the screw on lid. The applicator might seem smaller as compared to some other liquid lipsticks but it is perfect for lip color application.
My experience with Blue Heaven Non Transfer Lip Color Scarlet Red:
Scarlet Red is an orange toned red color which tends to suit many different skin tones. The color is nicely pigmented and a single swipe imparts a completely opaque look. In the packaging, the color seems to be a rusty red but on lips, it comes out to be little different.
The formula of the lip color is not very drying, though, as it is matte it may create a problem for people with dry lips. I personally don’t have dry lips and the color worked fine for me even without a lip balm underneath. The formula initially feels drying but after 10-15 minutes you won’t even feel that you have anything on your lips.
The staying power of the color is not very attractive. It might stay for long hours without eating or drinking anything (as it does not transfer), but even with a small meal, the color fades from the inner sections of the lips. Thankfully, the color is super easy to retouch and it looks as perfect as first applied, even if you don’t completely remove the initial layer.
For dried chapped lips, the color settles into fine lines, but if the lips are nicely exfoliated then settling into lines would not bother you much.
My overall experience:
I am loving the way these Blue Heaven Non Transfer Lip Colors are turning out. Being one of the most affordable liquid lipsticks available in the market they are definitely worth a try. As far as the shade Scarlet Red is concerned, it is a beautiful color which somehow makes me look kind of fairer and brighter and I love the way it feels on the lips.
Pros of Blue Heaven Non Transfer Lip Color Scarlet Red:
- Affordable price range
- Beautiful color which will suit majority of skin tones
- Feels light on the lips
- Travel-friendly packaging
- Easily available
- Not too drying
- Can be layered without looking gross
Cons of Blue Heaven Non Transfer Lip Color Scarlet Red:
- If you don’t remove the color for 12 hours, it scraps off pathetically on rubbing
- Not so amazing staying power
- Not so amazing fragrance
- Might not be too comfortable if you have dried lips
Do I recommend Scarlet Red?
Yes! If you are a fan of red colored lipsticks and looking for an affordable option for a liquid lipstick, then this is your best buy.

A lot of liquid lips tend to be trying. Glad this isn’t as drying.
It really seems a nice color! 😉
