These liquid eyeshadows from Swiss Beauty come in a square-shaped transparent plastic tube, very similar to the famous Stila Liquid Eyeshadows. They have a metallic colored cap which makes them look beautiful displayed on the vanity. The wand given with the eyeshadow is a regular doe shaped one which makes the application easier. The name and number of the product is mentioned on a sticker placed at the bottom of the tube.

My Experience with Swiss Beauty Metallic Liquid Eyeshadow 05:

Shade number 05 is a bronzy looking liquid eyeshadow with silver-colored shimmer particles. The color looks absolutely beautiful in the packaging and when swatched on the back of the hand. The color is not exactly good for everyday use, but as it is a shimmery product, no one might actually want to use it for an everyday look. The product has large chunky glitter particles which transfer completely without any fallout on to the eyes. The product can be applied with the wand given or with any eyeshadow brush. It is easy to apply with any of the ways and easy to blend too (until it dries).

As this is a shimmery product, it is not so pigmented on its own. A base color needs to be applied for the liquid shadow to pop. This makes it an excellent eyeshadow topper. Though I said that this is not an everyday eyeshadow color, when used on its own, it is not very pigmented and gives only a subtle sparkly effect. This is good if you are attending a function or maybe going on a date. Apart from this, when used over an eyeshadow look, the color is perfect for wedding functions.

The glitter particles are chunky but they do not irritate the eyes nor does they feel heavy. The staying power of the shadow is also amazing. It can last a good 4-5 hour function and will still look beautiful.

Overall Experience:

I have tried the shade a couple of times, as an actual eyeshadow and also as an eyeshadow topper, the color looks beautiful as a topper but is not as pigmented on its own. I loved the way it made my eyeshadow shine. The staying power of the glitter is also good. Overall for me, this is a good product (to be used with other products) and I would love to try more shades from the collection.
