Today’s review would be about another one of the lipsticks that I showed in my recent lipstick haul. Today I will be talking about ‘Kiko Milano Smart Fusion Lipstick Watermelon’. Kiko Milano has many variants of lipsticks and these smart fusion ones are the cheapest of all. These lipsticks are available in 26 shade options and can be bought both online and in kiko cosmetics stores.

Packaging:
These smart fusion lipsticks come in all black packaging, be it the actual lipstick or the outer box. The lipstick is square shaped and has a colored sticker on its base which mentions the name and color of the lipstick. The packaging is simple and nothing fancy but it is travel-friendly. The lid closes nicely with a click and is thus to carry in a purse.
My Experience with Kiko Milano Smart Fusion Lipstick Watermelon:
The shade watermelon is a peach colored lipstick which is very creamy and kind of sheer in the application. The finish of the lipstick is glossy and not matte. As watermelon is a light color and not so opaque (even after 2-3 coats), I didn’t expect it to last long. But surprisingly, the color does last well easily upto 4-5 hours, even with a small meal/snack.
The lipstick is easy to apply and feels light on the lips. It makes the lips feel moisturised initially, but after a couple of hours, my lips started to feel dry. Thought the gloss and the color was intact after 2 hours, but still my lips were feeling dry. Like all my other lipsticks, I did apply a lip balm beneath this one too, but I am not very impressed with the way the formula felt on my lips after a few hours.
The lipstick does get transferred to cups, but as it is a light color it is not so visible. Also, the pigmentation does not fade a lot on transferring.
Overall Experience:
Overall, for me it is an average lipstick formula. I am impressed with the staying power of the lipstick but am not very happy with the way I felt after a few hours. For the price range and the option of colors available, it is not a bad buy.
