Today I am going to share my experience with Kama Ayurveda Lavanya Natural Plant Mask. I am not a big fan of face masks which are not ready to use. But no matter what, the simplicity yet classiness of Kama Ayurveda always attracts me! Read how Kama Ayurveda Lavanya Natural Plant Mask has fared on me.
Kama Ayurveda says:
A blend of herbs traditionally used for skin care. Sweet flag and liquorice keep skin young and have anti-microbial properties. Lodhra is a blood purifier that cleanses the micro nutrient channels of the skin. Effective for acne and blemishes.

My experience with Kama Ayurveda Lavanya Natural Plant Mask:
Kama Ayurveda Lavanya Natural Plant Mask comes in a stainless steel container. In the container, the dust face pack comes in a plastic packaging with a wooden spoon provided inside. Though the dust pack doesn’t tend to come out when the container is tightly closed but somehow I think these containers are not very convenient to travel with. Readymade packs are good for travel time but for using in home this is okay as dust packs generally contain less or sometimes no chemicals compared to others.
Sometimes I use rose water to make a paste with this pack or sometimes I just use plain water. The results are more or less same in both cases. When I use only water to make paste, I just apply Kama rose water after removing the pack for toning. It doesn’t feel very creamy when applied as it comes in a dust form and I don’t make a very tight paste, instead I make it a little runny which provides better adhesion to the skin. The smell is somehow spicy and I personally don’t like the smell.
Though I don’t have severe acne, gratefully, but I have rashes and redness due to sun exposure and clogging pores. It helps to clear out my skin and makes my skin even and smooth. I can’t say much about blemishes as I have tan but not blemishes. But it didn’t reduce my tan. Kama Ayurveda Lavanya Natural Plant Mask is suitable for every skin type and for every season. Dry skin will just need immediate moisturization as dust packs tend to make skin a little dry but I don’t allow it to be very dry on my skin. Instead when it starts to get dry, I remove it and this helps to prevent any extra dryness.
Kama Ayurveda Lavanya Natural Plant Mask is suitable for any type of skin but personally I am not fond of the smell. I have also used Khadi Herbals almond & sandal face pack which is also a dust pack but smells nice and comes with a much less price tag! If you are looking for a 100% natural face mask which doesn’t cause any harm to your skin, you can give it a try.

So this mask is decent for oily skin. I like natural face packs.
