Pond’s pure white deep cleansing facial foam

Pond’s pure white deep cleansing facial foam, Review

It goes without saying that cleansing which forms the first step of the CTM routine is indispensable. You can go on daubing truckloads of makeup (okay do no let your imagination run amok on that) but applying merely 1 or 2 products on skin that is, deeply cleansed and glowing would be more talking than the former. So, in line with that thought, I zeroed in on, rather was made to zero in on POND’S PURE WHITE DEEP CLEANSING FACIAL FOAM one fine day. In spite of having an aversion for chemical-laden products, I tried it once. Let’s see if it does what it stands for or is merely a damp squib.

My Experience with Pond’s pure white deep cleansing facial foam:

Packed in a sleek plastic tube with a cap at one end, the packaging is sturdy, spillage-free and hygienic. The cap doesn’t let even the slightest amount of the product to ooze out when shut. In a nutshell, it is up to the mark for me as far as packaging is concerned.

It has a smooth texture with a gray color and mild aroma. The aroma is temporary and vanishes into thin air within seconds of removal. I have used it once and it works well to impart a squeaky clean look to one’s skin but sadly, sucks the life out of your skin if you have dry/extremely dry skin, rendering it a hideous pale tone when.

For this particular reason, I think it will be of use to those with oily/extremely oily skin since it removes oil from one’s skin but this makes it disastrous for those on the other side, that is, dry-skinned ladies. As far as radiance and softness are concerned, I didn’t see any noticeable change.

On the flip side, I find it highly irresponsible on part of a renowned brand like Pond’s to not furnish the list of ingredients of this product. Even if the complete list isn’t provided, at least the list of key/active ingredients should have been provided. Since it hasn’t worked well for my skin type, I won’t purchase it again. Neither do I recommend those with dry/excessively dry skin to grab this. What is the final nail in the coffin for me is that it is chemical-laden (products which are like this automatically rub me off the wrong way). How do I know that? I checked it on their site.
