It’s a new year and unlike my previous years, this time I am not setting any resolutions for myself. I have decided to live this year the way I want with being more productive and doing anything and everything without any resolutions stopping me. Though I agree that resolutions might be important,
Now, for the first post of 2019, I’ll be sharing with you all my Makeup Wishlist for 2019. The new makeup I would like to try this coming year. So let’s get started!
1.Makeup Revolution 196 Colour Spectrum Palette
Now, this is a huge palette (it contains 196 shadows) and when I saw it the first time on Instagram I instantly wanted to buy it. But unlike the pictures floating on Instagram, this palette is not as huge as seen in the pics, but it is still huge and I would love to have a multicolored palette on my vanity. Retail Price: Rs 3000 (BUY HERE). I have tried makeup Revolution palettes and I am satisfied with the way they work, so 3000 bucks for 196 colors won’t be a bad deal for me.
2.Kiko Milano Dark Treasure Matte Liquid
The brand posted this picture in August 2018 and since then I am drooling over the product. I am not sure whether these are still available or not (as they might be the limited edition ones), but if I can get these I would love to have some of these in my vanity. I am not sure whether the product would work for me or not but I won’t actually know until I would try it myself! The packaging of these looks somewhat different from the Kiko Matte Lipsticks available on Nykaa, so I guess I would have to go to the actual store to try my hands on these beauties! 3. Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation
I am willing to try this foundation for years, I have even tried a sample of this one 2 years back and it worked fine for me. But when I went to Sephora to get this, the SA made me buy the Dior Airflash (which I am glad I bought) saying that the Estee Lauder one might not suit my skin. He might be right but I still want to try my hands on this foundation, maybe not the full bottle but I’ll definitely ask for a sample size next time I’ll be in Sephora. 4. M.A.C Mineralize Skinfinish – Soft & Gentle
I am a big fan of MAC Mineralized skin finishes. I am on my 4th compact for MAC Mineralize skin finish natural, this is how much I love this product. But I haven’t used any other variant except the natural one and I have heard a lot of great things about MAC MSF Soft & Gentle. I am about to finish the natural one I have and once I’ll finish that, I’ll go for Soft & Gentle. The compact retails for Rs 2600. (BUY HERE)
5. Bobbi Brown Brightening Finishing Powder- Porcelain Pearl
Another face powder which I have my eyes on is this Brightening Finishing Powder from Bobbi Brown. The power retails for 3700 bucks (BUY HERE) which is the main reason that is stopping me to buy this one. Though it is pricey, this multicolored powder is forcing me to believe that this is the best powder for uneven skin tones and minimum makeup days.
I have already ordered the Makeup Revolution palette and I am hoping to receive it in a couple of days. What all would you like to try this new year? Would love to hear your wishlist in the comments.
