Today I’ll be talking about ‘Lakme Enrich Lip Crayon Candid Coral’ I have swatched all the 10 shades from the Lakme Enrich Lip Crayon Line and some of them were better than the others. The shade Candid Coral as the name says is the coral/orange lip color and this is the only orange in the collection. Shade number 02- Red Stop also seems to have orange undertones, but Candid Coral is the only true orange.

Lakme Enrich Lip Crayons come in a tiny little pencil form with a colored wrapper around the pencil. The color of the wrapper is the same as the actual color of the product. The crayon has a black colored lid which is sturdy and safe to travel with. The crayon is smaller than many other available on the market, but this actually makes it even better to travel with. It is the ideal size to fit even in the smallest bags.
My Take on Lakme Enrich Lip Crayon Candid Coral:
‘A beautifully pigmented orange colored lipstick’ is what I would describe Candid Coral as. Though it is not the brightest orange, it is something that lies in that color family but is relatively easier to wear. Orange lipsticks are not everyone’s cup of tea and they are difficult to carry, but the shade Candid Coral belongs to a shade of orange which is subtle.
It is a good everyday wear color, but it looks beautiful during the night with smoky eyes too. The color is nicely pigmented and a single swipe of the crayon makes the shade opaque.
Staying power of the shade is better than some of the lighter shades from the collection but it certainly does not stay for long hours. Reapplication is easy.
Overall Thoughts:
I do like the shade Candid Coral, in fact, it is one of my favorite shades from the collection. The color is pigmented, stays for a longer time as compared to some other colors, is easy to carry and most importantly easily available at an affordable price. What else can I ask for?
Though yes, I do like the color, I won’t buy it again as it would take me quite a few months to finish this one and I am sure that by that time, I will find some other shade of orange which I’ll like as much.
