Lakme Absolute Matte Melt Liquid Lip Color, Full collection

Today I am back with another full collection lip swatch post. In the past, I have swatched full collection of Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Lip Color, and Blue Heaven Xpression Lip Color Pencil. Today I’ll be swatching and sharing my first impressions about Lakme Absolute Matte Melt Liquid Lip Color.

First Impression about Lakme Absolute Matte Melt Liquid Lip Colorr:

There are so many liquid lipsticks available in the market and almost every brand had their version of liquid lipsticks and finally, Lakme too have launched their liquid lipsticks. Packaging wise, the lipsticks look good and sturdy. As it is a transparent packaging, the color is easy to recognize. After swatching all the 8 shades, I can say that all of them are creamy to apply and they do dry matte. The formula is transfer-proof and thus stays for a good amount of time.

Unfortunately, all the shades do not have the same consistency. The lighter shades are beautiful and decently pigmented too but the darker shades especially the shade Wine n Dine is super patchy. It is not very pigmented and at least 2 coats are required to make the color show nicely on the lips. It is very difficult to work with the darker shades of the collection.
