DIY: Scarf Organizer

Hello Beautiful Ladies,

Today I will be sharing with you my way of organizing my scarves. Before making this I used to store them folded stacked one over the other but whenever I wanted to find a matching scarf, it used to be a mess, so I decided to organize them. This is a very simple DIY and you do not need to buy anything special for this.

 Materials Required:

  1. Cartridge sheet
  2. Scissors
  3. Stapler
  4. Pencil
  5. Eraser
  6. Scale

Procedure:

Step1: Buy a cartridge sheet from the market or take them out from your art file (I had an old file so I used those sheets). Cut off the extra edges.

1

Step 2:  Fold the paper into two halves and cut it.

Step 3: Repeat the same procedure for all your sheets (I took 3 sheets and so finally got 3 equal pieces of paper).

2

Step 4: Take a scale and draw a line of equal width on each paper (this will help you to roll the paper and get same diameter)

Step 5: Roll the paper such that one side coves the line drawn on the other side. Staple both the side together (tape can be used in place of stapler).

3

Step 6: When you have all the rolls ready, start joining them together with the help of stapler.

4

Step 7: Once joined, your organizer is ready.

Now put your favorite scarves in them by rolling the scarves 🙂

I have made a smaller version of this for my socks and handkerchiefs. I feel this helps me keeps things in a more organized manner.

  1. This is genius! I’ll definitely do something similar. I keep my scarves on hangers which is really convenient as you can just hang it back up again and don’t have to roll or fold it but I’m certain this will come in handy in my drawers nonetheless 🙂
