Batiste Dry Shampoo

Batiste Dry Shampoo: Review

Dry Shampoo is the original secret weapon for reviving hair when shampooing is not an option. Quick, easy and convenient to use. Most dry shampoos promise to leave hair clean and fresh with added volume and body. It’s is perfect for on-the-go girls who want instant fixes!

I heard about dry shampoos about one and a half years ago and decided to give BBlunt dry shampoo a shot as it was super easy on the pocket. But there was something I didn’t like about this product and I honestly couldn’t put a finger on what it was that I didn’t like. Then last year, my cousin was visiting me from London and she told me to use her dry shampoo which was the Batiste Dry Shampoo. Hers was the one with a hint of color in it. I instantly fell in love with it and there has been no going back.

My Experience with Batiste Dry Shampoo:

Honestly, dry shampoos are a blessing to mankind. Since I am not a morning person, I don’t like waking up early to wash my hair. I have a super oily scalp and need to wash my hair every alternate day. But sometimes I am rushing from one meeting to another and usually don’t have time. This is when I make the most of the dry shampoo.

I normally use the Batiste Dry Shampoo in Divine Dark as I have dark brown hair, and it has a spray nozzle which makes it super easy to use. Since I use the divine dark shade, it basically comes with a hint of color-this is what got me addicted to this product actually. Since it doesn’t leave a white-ish layer on my hair I don’t need to spend like 10 minutes massaging it onto my scalp.

I spray this on the crown of my head and massage it well for literally 2 minutes and since I have nice curls falling at the bottom of my hair I don’t like to brush my hair as it opens the curls and leaves my hair frizzy. But after spraying it, my hair feels as fresh as it does when I wash it and lasts for one whole day.

I have been using this product for over a year and we have literally been inseparable.

Confession: I have used over 4 cans of it!
